Mohseni Foundation – Tehran Office

To more efficiently manage the multifaceted activities of the Mohseni Foundation in Iran, the Tehran Office was officially inaugurated in 2022. Dr. Nastaran Yasrebinejad, the Director of the Tehran Office has been working closely with Mrs. Elaheh Khakbaz and Mrs. Golchehreh Sajjadiyeh as well as Mrs. Sara Haeri, who manages the restoriation of the Mohseni family’s ancestral residence in Arak. The Tehran office is planning to build upon and expand the foundation’s philanthropic efforts in several fields, including medical assistance, social welfare, health and hygiene, cost of living assistance, education and culture.

The Tehran office aims to build upon and expand the Mohseni Foundation’s philanthropic efforts in several fields, including but not limited to following areas of interest:
 

Medical Assistance:

  •  Financial grants towards the construction of health clinics in Arak and other cities.

  • Subsidies for the medical treatments of indigent patients and procurement of medical supplies for chronic diseases

Social Welfare:

  • Supporting child laborers

  • Convening educational workshops to create employment opportunities and economic self-reliance for women heads of households to protect them from delinquency and social distress

Education:

  • Providing financial aid for pre-college students

  • Providing merit fellowships for college students

Culture:

  • Supporting artists and literati to promote the arts, as well as independent cultural institutions

  •  Recognizing literary and artistic achievements through the inauguration of referred competitions

  • Organizing venues to honor artists and intellectuals in Arak and nationwide

Cost of Living Assistance:

  • Provision of monthly stipend to indigent families in Arak, Tehran and other cities

  • Financial contribution to protect victims of unintended crimes from execution or retribution

  • Convening educational workshops to create employment opportunities and economic self-reliance for women

Health & Hygiene:

  • Funding sustainable potable drinking water projects for communities in need.
